Greetings, we are Debbie and Paul
We have been married for 22 years and are best friends with a quirky sense of humour (we love dad jokes). We have a son and a chocolate Labrador named Willow.
A shared enthusiasm for exploration has led us to traverse the landscapes of Australia and beyond, all while nurturing a deep-seated fondness for off-grid living.
Our current lifestyle involves a delightful blend of part-time travel, wherein we set out on escapades with our trusty 4WD, camper trailer, tents, and even take to the road on motorbikes. We're no strangers to exhilarating hikes and thrilling mountain biking escapades. Although we embrace the outdoors, we're not averse to the occasional indulgence in the comfort of a luxurious hotel room.
Funny story, when my husband & I were dating I (Debbie) compiled a list of places/countries and asked him to agree to travel with me by signing the piece of paper. :)
Naturally, life has occasionally thrown us curveballs, derailing our path towards fulfillment. We admit, we've often been the architects of our own diversions—constantly redefining our aspirations or navigating through ill-fated decisions. Yet, amid this labyrinth of exploration, one steadfast aspiration has remained unwavering: the pursuit of travel and adventure. As we stand at the threshold of a new chapter, we're determinedly charting multiple routes towards realizing this dream.

To escape the constraints of traditional jobs & working for someone else, get off the rat wheel. We want to become as minimalist as possible, and become financial independent, so we can travel Australia and the world full time and build our own off grid cabin.
